We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from GCE Fluid Power. If you are not happy with your order, please read our returns policy below.
Return Window
You have 28 days from the date of purchase or delivery to return an item. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please note: bespoke or made-to-order products may be excluded from our standard returns policy. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
How to Return an Item
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer. Contact our sales team first to arrange your return:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Over-the-counter returns to our premises are accepted free of charge. Please note that original shipping costs (if paid upon order) are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 50% of the product value may apply to returned items, in line with our supplier terms. This will be communicated to you before your return is processed.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 working days. If you have not received your refund after 10 working days, please contact us at sales@gcefluidpower.co.uk or call 0121 356 5727.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement.
