Refund policy
Returns
Our standard policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase / delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the nature of the products, a handling fee for returns may apply. Bespoke or made to order products may be excluded from this policy - contact us at sales@gcefluidpower.co.uk or 0121 356 5727 to discuss if you are not sure.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require an invoice, receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as it will not be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, and we have notified you that a refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, but have confirmation that it was being processed and more than 10 working days have lapsed, please contact us at sales@gcefluidpower.co.uk.
Exchanges
We are confident in our service, and will replace items where possible, if they are defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange, send us an email at sales@gcefluidpower.co.uk or call 0121 356 5727
Shipping
You are responsible for your own shipping costs if you are returning your item by post. Please ensure you have proof of postage for your own peace of mind and in case of any loss of item in transit.
We accept over the counter returns for free.
Shipping costs (if paid upon order) are non-refundable.
